Get it together Fitness

    I am not a "work out" person. This is how it goes down at my house.

Invite the gals over for two days a week walks at 6am. Yeah I know I am not so chatty as I am at 2am what a difference four hours makes:)

Any good strategies that make you stick to the working out?

  2. leave your shoes by the bed so you look at them in the morning. either that or paste skinny pictures of you to the fridge. That is a good motivator.

  6. Um, yes…that would be declining for help to my car with groceries from the bagboy and loading them myself. That and the walk to the mailbox are about the extent of it. But through Texas heat, that’s saying a lot. I have a Coke when I get back in the door. :)
