Thing 2’s journey to the same room as Thing 1 has been slow and as of late stunted. She has woken up during the night to find a buddy and or sympathizer. His name is Thing 1. When she sleeps in our room she wakes up just like this!!
On the good morning Happy scale I’d give this a 9.35 or "irritatingly happy". Her wake up time (due to certian hours she goes to bed) 6:15 am, If I’m lucky.
I am gonna need something stronger than ritilin to get that type of a happy on at 6am. No double mocca lattes — not strong enough for me. I need something interveniously.

I am feeling your pain. My three year old, and traditionally one of the better sleepers I have had, has decided he only wants to sleep with me. He lurks outside our door until he sees the light go off or hears the TV turn off. Then he comes in wanting to sleep with me. Let’s just say he’s not one of those moveless sleepers. HELP.

ROFL That is so funny! I’m so sorry you have an early riser. I’ve used every excuse in the book to make mine stay up late, thus requiring they sleep late as well. I have no idea how we’re ever going to manage going to school if we go that route next year!
