You know when you have a problem….
March 27, 2006 – 10:32 pm1. When your power goes out and the first thing you think of is -Darn I can’t blogg- instead– of food going bad in the fridge.
2. You start planning activites so you can blog about said activity.
3. You would rather post than eat.
4. You tuck your children in for their nap and mentally envision the title of the next post.
5. You purchase an X-box ease the blogging tension in your house.
6. You take out your digital camera, and think now how is this picture going to look on my blog.
7. You search endlessly for interesting blogs and Find WAY too many!!!
8. Posting at 11pm is a regular nightly ritual. (Maybe I could do Auto posting…. Does anyone know how to do that on Blogsome??)
9. All minor or major lessons, in life you are posting before really processing the lesson
10. In one hand computer in the other crabby children. You have to choose one to be given away?? (Maybe you can see the direction I am taking here.)
Are there some I missed??? Ok let me in on your indicators that bloggin is too much fun.

Of course, there’s the unmentionable “blogging before sex” problem (which has never happened, I’m sure), as well as treating every conversation you have with a friend as a loved one as potential blogging fodder. When a bird flies over your friend or spouse, and you’re mad it didn’t drop a bomb on them because it would have made a GREAT post, then you need to pull yourself away from the keyboard and just wander around the desert a few weeks.

Oh I can relate to so many of these! I find myself thinking, “This is so bloggable” all the time. And I am constantly thinking of things to blog about. It’s truly an addiction.

Ok…I have to say that that post was strangely acurate. I can pretty much check off each one as items I have to agree with for me personally. Sad how blogging takes over your life…isn’t it?

So, are you starting a twelve step program or are you just going to wallow in your addiction. Me, I’m wallowing for a while

Too funny! I just started blogging, and it really is addictive. I can relate with all that you said. I am sure my poor husband could too. He found a conversation we had the other day written on a piece of paper next to the computer. “NO WAY” was his response.
